The
BIIAB Level 2 NCDPS is a nationally recognised
qualification for both existing designated premises
supervisors, and those who may be required to take up this
post in the future, working in any type of licensed premises.

National Certificate for Door Supervisors
(Parts 1 & 2)
The BIIAB Level 2 NCDS is
such a recognised qualification and consists of two units:
- Unit 1 - Roles and Responsibilities of Door
Supervisors - Including how to comply with the law,
admission policies and procedures, refusing entry,
searching, seizing articles, eviction, use of force, how
to deal with emergencies, drugs, arrest, scene
preservation and report writing.
- Unit 2 - Conflict Management for Door Supervisors -
Takes candidates through managing conflict by applying
dynamic risk assessment approaches, understanding the
importance of self-awareness and acting proactively; how
to resolve and learn from conflict.

BIIAB ARAR Course
Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing
This qualification provides essential
knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of
alcohol retailers authorised by a personal license holder to
sell alcohol. It will enable those who complete the
qualification to act within the law to support the
designated premises supervisor to retail alcohol responsibly
on their licensed premises.

Training Course is developed to bring out the full potential in
all your top/medium management staff. Some Government Funding

What is AMEC? The Alcohol
Misuse Enforcement Campaign is an ongoing
initiative involving Police, Trading Standards and Local Authorities
aimed at stamping out the illegal and irresponsible sale of alcohol and
other age-restricted goods. Test Purchases in all areas of the country
have been carried out and the results are pretty grim. On average 35% of
venues targeted were found to be selling alcohol to under 18's. Silver
Fox (Licensing) Consultants Ltd. run special training courses to assist
licence holders and DPS's in the laws relating to The Sale of

H.A.C.C.P. What is HACCP? Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Point. is a food safety methodology that relies on
the identification of Critical Control Points (CCP)'s in food production
and preparation. CCP's must be closely monitored in order to ensure that
the food is safe for consumption. We can help you identify your
responsibilities to ensure compliance with the new food safety
regulations, assist you in setting up in-house procedures and policies
and offer recognised training for your employees.
