Profile-Bill Donne FBII

Bill Donne is the priniciple of Silver Fox Licensing Consultants who are Licensing Practitioners specialising in the night time economy providing advice to pubs, clubs and hotels.

With over thirty years experience in the alcohol licensed industry experience working in senior management positions with Whitbread, Bass and Luminar Leisure, Bill Donne brings an operators perspective to licensing matters. He is a Director of the successful Deja Vu Bar and Grill restaurant and nightclub in Reading.

Bill Donne runs the Consultancy Division of Silver Fox Licensing Consultants, and provides specialist support  to independent operators. The Client base includes many  independent shops, restaurants, bars and cubs located in Reading, Brighton and London.

He writes bespoke operations manuals containing policies and procedures covering the daily management of late night bars and venues.

He has been representing Clients in licensing matters for over twenty years in the Magistrates Courts, and more since 2005 before Licensing Committees including Reading and the City of Westminster.
